William O. Hall, III 

William O. Hall, III is President, Managing Director and Senior Investment Counselor of Plimsoll.  Mr. Hall is the former CEO and President of W.P. Stewart Asset Management, N.A. and Executive Officer of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Mr. Hall has over 25 years of experience in the investment and wealth management business.  Prior to joining W.P. Stewart, Mr. Hall was Managing Director of H.M. Payson & Co., a private trust company in Portland, Maine  He was also a founder and managing principal of Hazzard & Hall, CPA’s, PA.  Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Richmond and a Masters in Finance from Bentley College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.  Mr. Hall serves as Chairman of Maine Education Services.

Barton Weisenfluh

Barton Weisenfluh is Managing Director and Senior Investment Counselor of Plimsoll. Mr. Weisenfluh began his career on the bond-trading desk of First Albany Corporation while still attending college in 1994. In 1995, Mr. Weisenfluh was accepted into the executive training program at Tucker Anthony, Inc. Upon completion of the program in 1996, he accepted a position as an Investment Executive in Portland, ME. In August of 1998, he joined W.P. Stewart Asset Management, N.A. as Vice President and assisted with the opening of their Portland office. Mr. Weisenfluh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Japanese from Union College and an M.B.A. from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. He has served on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine.

Rita Rice

Rita Rice is Manager, Client Services and Support of Plimsoll.  Ms. Rice is the former Office Administrator of W.P. Stewart Asset Management, N.A.'s Portland, Maine office. Prior to joining W.P. Stewart Ms. Rice was a Patient Care Coordinator for Maine Medical Center’s Emergency/Trauma Department. Ms. Rice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine and is a board member for the Sexual Assault Response Services of Southern Maine.
